Pilot project to test the feasibility of a large scale telemetry study on smolts. To know more about the migration routes, losses during the downstream migration and the number of smolts succeed in reaching the sea, there is a large scale telemetry study planned using the NEDAP TRAIL system® in 2007. Before starting with the study there has to be clear what the influence is on tagging of smolts and this project will give the results.
